Salary Packaging Options
All people have the option to restructure their salary packages which includes salary sacrificing for additional superannuation contributions.
Novated Car Lease Option
Car leasing is done through Flare, our HR platform. A novated lease gives you the ability to budget and pay for your motor vehicle finance and running costs from your pre-tax salary. You may also get access to fuel and car discounts using Flare’s buying power.
Paid Parental Leave
We offer a very generous paid parental leave scheme. To be eligible, employees must have completed 12 months of continuous service prior to taking the leave.
Birthday Leave
Birthday leave is an additional day of leave that can be used in the month of your birthday. To be eligible, our people must have completed 6 months of continuous service. The day of leave cannot be split into two days and is limited to only one full business day a year. Please refer to the Birthday leave policy.

Community Benefits
Volunteering leave. All permanent employees of Pacific Dental Specialty are entitled to 1 day of volunteering leave per year. Through our own charity programs we regularly host charity events in which you can volunteer your time.

Onsite Facilities
Free Parking Onsite – At all our offices, we provide onsite private parking, making your commute a lot simpler.
At our Mascot office, all desks are made to be able to adjust to standing to help support your ergonomic posture. All offices are open plan to give you the ability to connect with all teams.
The offices are also equipped with coffee facilities and regular food delivery.
Gym Access – At our Mascot office, we have a gym onsite which is accessible for FREE via your building pass.

Flu Shots, Skin Cancer Checks & Blood Donation
Specialists visit our office to administer flu shots, skin cancer checks and blood donations (onsite) for our team members to choose to participate in.
Employee Assistance Program
Our EAP program hosts wellbeing and health webinars on all different matters such as financial, psychological, mental and physical. These sessions are available for all of our Team Schein Members and family. Talk to trained professionals free of charge and confidentially if you have any work-related or personal concerns.
